WIM HOF EVOLUTION EXPERIENCE
Our popular Wim Hof experience is evolving! We will now have an extra wellness stage featuring an on-site sauna! So our guests will start with in-depth breathwork, then rotate between the hot sauna and cold immersion multiple times! This impactful event will be led by Peter and Jason, our advanced Level II Instructors who have changed people's life perspective in just one day.
Participants spend an hour going from one of our multiple ice baths to the roasting hot sauna and back until completely centered. Our comfort food lunch will follow with bourbon hot toddies!
