Deb Looney is the CEO and Co-Founder of Loopwell, a space created to connect people to purpose and well-being. Prior to her latest entrepreneurial venture, she built an integrated content agency for 20 years that was recognized by Adweek and the Inc. 5000 three years in a row as one of the fastest growing companies in the country. She led a team that helped national and global brands achieve more than $10 billion in growth.
In addition to being elected into the NJAC Advertising Hall of Fame, she has won numerous industry awards and directed several commercials. Her work has been featured in AdAge, Adweek, Art Direction, Archive, Art Director’s Club, DA&D, and U.S. Ad Review, to name a few. Deb spent over a decade as an award-winning Art Director and Creative Director at some of the best agencies in NYC including Kirshenbaum & Bond, Lowe & Partners, TBWA/Chiat Day and Merkley & Partners. Her background has helped her not only create the Loopwell concept but meticulously design a one-of-a-kind, sustainable space.
As the daughter of a Syrian refugee, she has volunteered and contributed to various causes. Deb has been married for 26 years and has three children with her husband and business partner, Sean. In her spare time, she tests her culinary skills, mentors young women and working moms, nurtures her love of animals, and finds solace in the beauty of the beach.

He has driven billions in value creation for private equity, venture capital, Fortune 500 and emerging companies. His most recent venture is co-founding Loopwell, a space created to connect people to purpose and well-being.
Sean is a creative entrepreneur and has been an early adopter across several categories. After winning countless awards at some of the top creative global agencies in NYC he co-founded Looney, an integrated content agency that’s been recognized by both the Inc. 5000 and Adweek as one fastest growing companies nationally three years in a row. He also helped brand the first domain name registrar in the world, created StackMeUp.com, a social community with millions of users and directed dozens of commercials and branded content films.
In addition to having thought leadership content featured in Forbes, Ad Age, Adpulp, MediaPost, NJBIZ and QSR, Sean has been interviewed on PBS’s One-on-One, inducted into the NJAC Advertising Hall of Fame, and had work featured in The New York Times, Ad Age, Adweek, Art Direction, Archive, Art Director’s Club, Campaign, Creativity, Shoot, The Drum, The Museum of Modern Art, U.S. Ad Review, and 60 Minutes.
Sean has been married for 26 years to his wife and business partner, Debbie. In his spare time, he enjoys real estate and is involved with various charities and community initiatives. When he’s not running, cycling, or playing volleyball down the beach, you’ll find him traveling with his family in his quest to try a local beer in every country in the world.

She helped the company achieve a profitable exit and sale in her role.
