Loopwell Membership FAQ

  • We’re a social well-being club. We’ve curated an integrated approach and leading experts to help our community to find balance, purpose and better health. You’re welcome!

  • Yes! We’ve opened our second location in the Hudson Valley just one hour north of our Montclair location. Members have access to all locations. Our mission is to make well-being accessible to the universe, so we also have new locations in expansion cities earmarked for development. Follow us on social and join our email list and you'll be the first to know (after our members of course)!

  • Yes! We have signature well-being programs designed for a day or overnight experiences in both our Montclair and Hudson Valley locations seen here. It's a unique, healthy and beneficial way to bond with new, like-minded friends or a private group. We have additional international bespoke retreats lined up in Tuscany and Mallorca as well–we are soooo excited to share these experiences with you. We have already been on site and created life-changing excursion immersions!

  • Participants are adults. We have had some younger participants and welcome all ages on the journey to self-discovery as long as accompanied by a guardian or parent. Members must be 18 years or older.

  • 16 private parking spaces and ample on-street parking 24/7 right outside our doors. Our parking options are the best in Montclair. 

  • Yes, we have a beautiful 7,500 s.f. cobblestone courtyard with a privacy fence. We are also right across the street from beautiful, from 20-acre Glenfield Park designed by the Olmsted brothers (they designed Central Park). The park recently had a $17 million renovation and includes a walking path, nature walk, community center, basketball and tennis courts, football and baseball fields. We work closely with the park to obtain film permits.

  • Members receive more benefits and get much greater value over the al-la-carte approach. You can learn more and sign up here. There are two levels of membership with the benefits clearly highlighted.

  • Yes. We want to keep classes open to our community and will continue to offer some free classes throughout the year. Members will have priority access to our classes and some classes or experiences will only be for members.

  • Membership includes a set amount of guest passes. Non-members can certainly bring a friend too, but you’re treating them :-)

  • Yes. Our space can be rented for corporate, group or private events. Loopwell members have first-access to rent the space at a preferential rate. Booking Form to receive more information.

  • Yes! We’ve curated dozens of bespoke events for companies that utilize our experts and programming to improve team bonding, education and productivity.

  • We love to gather around food. Members will find tea and vitamin juices after classes. We have an incredible in-house chef that prepares healthy, organic food for our events and Work & Well Days. Would you expect anything less? We will also have simple fare available for purchase in our kitchen. We do not allow outside food to be brought in.

  • We accept all major credit or debit cards for members and classes. All credit processing requires a 3% processing fee. Drop in classes can pay with Venmo Corporate clients can wire funds.

  • We have six gender-neutral private bathrooms that are ADA compliant and one changing room with a shower and full-length mirror.

  • We honor and take privacy seriously; your data will not be shared or sold. Members will be featured with their consent.

  • We are always looking for accredited experts in their respective fields. We have an in-depth review process and look forward to getting to know you better. Please submit your information here.

  • If you notify us more than 48 hours in advance of the event, we will reimburse you for the event. If it's within that time period we can not refund your fee due to incurred costs.

  • Loopwell is your third space. Whether you need a break from work, your family(gasp!), or just the reality of life, we’ve designed a haven to help you relax and just be. We’ll set aside different blocks of time during the week where you can come in to meditate quietly, meet a friend, meet a coach, do some work or have a coffee or smoothie. Think of it as a little healthy hideaway. Just one of our many benefits of membership, which you can find here.

  • You can switch from a regular membership to a Professional Membership or vice versa. Once you commit to a 6 month or 1 year membership you have to wait until the end of your term to cancel your membership. We've invested a great deal in our unique well-being offering and member commitment is required to support the depth of our expert instructors. 

  • All our coaches are certified, trained and have been practicing for years. If you prefer to work with a specific coach that you may already know or have received a referral, yes, you can select your coach. You can also switch coaches after your initial meeting if you are so inclined.

  • The initial onboarding coaching session is 30-45 minutes where you will be guided through self-assessment with the Loopwell Wheel to set goals and align with our programming. We offer re-assessments every six months. Should you be interested in more coaching sessions we can help set that up for additional individual session fees.

  • Yes, for our Montclair location, Bay Street and Glen Ridge Train station is ½ mile or a 5-minute walk from our front door. The Bloomfield Ave bus is a 7-minute walk.

    For our Hudson Valley location, the Salisbury Mills–Cornwall station is on the Port Jervis Line and is only 15 minutes away from our location. A pickup can be arranged. 

    We can also arrange for a private car service or Uber inclusion in advance.

  • Yes, we are right across the street from beautiful, 20-acre Glenfield Park designed by the Olmsted brothers who also designed Central Park. The park recently had a $17 million renovation and includes a walking path, nature walk, community center, basketball and tennis courts, football and baseball fields. We work closely with the park to obtain film permits.

  • You can move the furniture as you see fit-please protect the floors and move back to it’s original location. Anything hung must be approved by the studio manager in advance.

  • Yes, we will share specs with you. Loop has 1,000 amps of power and dedicated cam-lok systems with 200 amps. We have a ceiling grid and panels in every room. We have a flexible light setting that allows you to change house lights easily with internal choices.

  • We are pet friendly as long as your animal is well-trained and friendly. You will be responsible for your pet. If your pet llama is not house-trained, please do not bring it.

  • Yes, we have wheelchair access to bathrooms and our space has 3 large bay doors that are at ground level designed for easy access.
