What’s your story? Yes, YOU! What’s YOUR story?

You have a story – lots of them, in fact. And your story matters. Owning our stories transforms our personal and professional lives. In this mini-retreat, Jennifer and Lesley return to Loopwell to show you how to find and own your story. Like you may be, they were once skeptical of storytelling, unsure of where to start, or unappreciative of why understanding the chapters in your book of life matters – to you and others. After doing the work, they’ve emerged as storytellers and can show you how to do the same so you can bring be confident, resilient, and authentic.

They’ll coach you on finding your voice and help you:

  • Learn and experience the power of storytelling

  • Find your stories and messages

  • Tap into your senses to find and share your stories

  • Rely on storytelling to connect with others at home and work

Join us at Loopwell for this unique wellness workshop. Enjoy a fireside chat with the authors about owning our stories. Relax with a guided sound bath and meditation to tap into your inner voice led by Kanan Kapila, Director of Spiritual Well-being, Executive Coach.
