Self-Reflection Journaling with Kanan

Journaling is an incredibly powerful tool for cultivating self-love. When practiced with intention, it provides a safe, private space for self-reflection, emotional release, and personal growth. This journaling session is meant to be a safe space for self-reflection and love. The goal is not perfection but honesty, gentleness, and acceptance with yourself. Each word is a reminder that you are worthy of love, starting from within. 

In this self-love journaling session, you will be guided through prompts for writing to increase:

  1.  Self-awareness in daily living 

  2.  Expressing of self-compassion

  3.  Processing difficult or challenging emotions

  4.  Reinforcing positive self-reflection

  5.  Practice of gratitude

The session will conclude with a mindfulness loving-kindness meditation and presence of a loving community. 


About Kanan | Loopwell Director of Spiritual Well-Being
Kanan has always had a passion for helping people, which led her to a career as a therapist and yoga teacher with a focus on well-being through all stages of life. Melding her psychotherapy training with yoga, meditation, and a holistic healing approach, Kanan has designed her own unique practice of well-being and become a leading expert for body, mind, and spiritual awareness.

Kanan is a certified Yoga Teacher (E-RYT), has a Master of Clinical Social Work, and is trained in evidence-based modalities, including Clinical Hypnotherapy. She has completed master’s level specialized Jungian Life Coach training from an ICF-accredited coaching program.
