This journaling session is meant to be a safe space for self-reflection and love. The goal is not perfection but honesty, gentleness, and acceptance with yourself. Each word is a reminder that you are worthy of love, starting from within.
In this self-love journaling session, you will be guided through prompts for writing to increase:
Self-awareness in daily living
Expressing of self-compassion
Processing difficult or challenging emotions
Reinforcing positive self-reflection
Practice of gratitude
The session will conclude with a mindfulness loving-kindness meditation and presence of a loving community.
