Yoga with Beth Gottung

Beth began taking yoga over 20 years ago to balance her personal fitness routine and the demands of her job as a nationally-ranked college field hockey coach. Yoga became a passion and an outlet for her stressful career. Beth completed her 200-hour training with Kelly Santucci at Flux Yoga in Cedar Grove weeks before the COVID-19 pandemic closed the studio. 

A typical class with Beth will focus on strength poses with asanas that allow for stretching and recovery.  She loves a sweaty class but will tailor her flow to the needs of the students. Her twenty-plus years as a college athletics coach taught her a deep understanding of the body and the ability to explain movements with concise cues to help students achieve success.

After class, let's relax and recharge with some wellness shots, mocktails, herbal tea, and plenty of time to chat.
