Our new Total Body Conditioning class is unlike anything you've experienced. It's designed to improve everyday movement, coordination, cognition, and overall strength.
Ausar will guide participants through Function Movement Screening (FMS) to assess their level of competence in movement. The class will then move through a series of circuits and drills to increase body awareness, core stability, and functionality, enhance reaction time, increase bone density, improve heart rate variability, and muscular health. It will be customized to your abilities and challenge you in a way where your body will respond to meet its full potential. You will learn injury prevention and proper muscle recovery to meet the demands of everyday life and beyond.
