Root Down & Surrender with Amber- Yoga, Journaling & Sound bath

  • Loopwell 80 Maple Avenue Montclair, NJ, 07042 United States (map)

In the Root Down & Surrender session, you have the opportunity to connect your mind, body, and spirit. With the whirlwind of the holidays behind us, it is time to go inward and focus on what drives you. We will spend the evening becoming grounded through Yoga, followed by journaling and sound healing to help you destress, reflect, and connect.  Become clear about your intentions for the upcoming year by stepping out of your comfort zone to discover your ever-flourishing hopes, dreams, and desires. Come escape distractions of the everyday mundane and surrender to self.

As you are guided to root down and surrender,  you are preparing yourself for clarity and awakening. This experience will enhance your reflection of self. As we juggle work, family, and social life it is time to stop dreaming of the life you want and go inward to develop and manifest it to reality.

You do not have to have any experience to attend. All levels are welcome!

NOTE: Please bring a journal and pen and wear comfortable clothes for movement.
