Event Recap

Gentle Yoga, Breath Experience, Meditation & Book Signing

Recognized by Deepak Chopra as “an extraordinary teacher of yoga that has contributed enormously to my well-being,” Sarah is a guiding force in the global yoga community.

Join Yogini Master Sarah Platt-Finger, Director of Chopra Yoga, for a transformative workshop where ancient wisdom meets modern practice. Dive deep into the power of mudras (sacred hand gestures) and mantras (vibrational sounds) to reconnect with your essence and unlock your pure potential.

In this workshop, Sarah will guide you to explore the connection between mudras, mantras, and the energy centers along the spine—the chakras—to awaken profound awareness and bliss. Through a gentle flow of movement, breath experience, mudras, mantras, and meditation, you’ll discover how these powerful tools can realign you with your inner wisdom and bring you into a state of transcendence. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this session welcomes all levels, encouraging you to return to your natural state of infinite potential and unbounded joy.
