Breathwork Journey Class with Julie & Billy

Breathwork is a profound healing tool. One that is not only highly accessible, but also increasingly relied upon by a diverse range of people. It is for those interested in feeling more connected to their truth, vitality, and wellness. It nourishes our physical body by oxygenating our cells and promoting healing; physically, mentally, and spiritually. Billy and Julie will guide you through:

  • An overview of the therapeutic benefits breathwork can provide for your own self-care and well-being.

  • Step-by-step instruction on this specific three-part active breathing technique.

  • A safe supportive space to rest and recharge.

It is recommended to bring a blanket, eye mask, and water.

Movement & Meditation with Ausar

Our new Total Body Conditioning class offers a unique experience you won’t find elsewhere. It's designed to improve everyday movement, coordination, cognition, and overall strength.

Ausar will guide participants through Function Movement Screening (FMS) to assess their level of competence in movement. The class will then move through a series of circuits and drills to increase body awareness, core stability, and functionality, enhance reaction time, increase bone density, improve heart rate variability, and muscular health. It will be customized to your abilities and challenge you in a way where your body will respond to meet its full potential. You will learn injury prevention and proper muscle recovery to meet the demands of everyday life and beyond.

Dress to train, wear sneakers, bring water, and a positive mindset.

Coffee, tea, and community time afterward.

About Ausar
Coach Ausar Atlas has been experimenting with different training methods for decades. He is considered a maverick in the fitness field and is a leading expert on Total Body Conditioning.

Coach Atlas has acquired certifications from NASM, CPT, FMS, TRX, RKC, and DSPCC (Dynamic Sport Performance Certified Coach) and believes Training and/or exercise should be seen as a reward for treating your body properly, not as exercise punishment to see 'results' or a way to “counteract” binge eating/over-indulgence in the wrong foods.

From organizing a wellness movement in New Jersey called ‘The Definition’ in 2006, to Professionally starting a fitness career in 2008 at the Montclair YMCA as a certified personal trainer, Coach Atlas is a master trainer who focuses on the importance of intent and approach as it pertains to daily lifestyle with a preparedness mindset as the base of operations.

Coach Atlas is an expert on optimizing human development with distilled, effective protocols that get results. He has been traveling to Performance seminars in NYC, Upstate NY, Chicago, Alexandria (Virginia), San Juan, and Vieques (Puerto Rico), which are attended by chiropractors, physical therapists, and clinicians, and is widely considered a thought leader changing how we push our bodies and approach modern fitness.
