This Hatha Yoga class is designed to release tension and stress stored in the body. Slow transitions into each pose along with deep stretching and mindful breathing. This is a great class for all levels as modifications will also be provided.

About Vinni
Vinni is a multi-faceted healer and founder of Chakra Wellness. Having been blessed with spiritual gifts since she was a child, Vinni has always been drawn to the “high vibe” aspects of life - Yoga, meditation, energy work, and Ayurvedic practices. After 20+ years as a Human Resources leader, she decided to make the leap leaving the corporate world behind entirely. By combining her previous leadership and executive coaching experience with her intuitive heart-driven passions, Vinni created Chakra Wellness to provide holistic integrated services that would help strengthen the mind, body, and spiritual health of her clients.
Vinni furthered her Yoga education by participating in the Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Nepal where she received her RYT certificate of 500 hours. She attended the New York Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is a Certified Holistic Health Coach. She is a Usui-certified Reiki master, a Nepal-certified sound bowl healer, Qi Gong instructor, and a mind-body intuitive.
