Dress to train, wear sneakers, bring water, and a positive mindset.

Coffee, tea, and community time afterward.

About Ausar

Coach Atlas has acquired certifications from NASM, CPT, FMS, TRX, RKC, and DSPCC (Dynamic Sport Performance Certified Coach) and believes Training and/or exercise should be seen as a reward for treating your body properly, not as exercise punishment to see 'results' or a way to “counteract” binge eating/over-indulgence in the wrong foods.

From organizing a wellness movement in New Jersey called ‘The Definition’ in 2006, to Professionally starting a fitness career in 2008 at the Montclair YMCA as a certified personal trainer, Coach Atlas is a master trainer who focuses on the importance of intent and approach as it pertains to daily lifestyle with a preparedness mindset as the base of operations.

Coach Atlas is an expert on optimizing human development with distilled, effective protocols that get results. He has been traveling to Performance seminars in NYC, Upstate NY, Chicago, Alexandria (Virginia), San Juan, and Vieques (Puerto Rico), which are attended by chiropractors, physical therapists, and clinicians, and is widely considered a thought leader changing how we push our bodies and approach modern fitness.
