Vinni is a multi-faceted healer and founder of Chakra Wellness. Having been blessed with spiritual gifts since she was a child, Vinni has always been drawn to the “high vibe” aspects of life - Yoga, meditation, energy work, and Ayurvedic practices. After 20+ years as a Human Resources leader, she decided to make the leap leaving the corporate world behind entirely. Total Mind-body Conditioning with Ausar

Our new Total Body Conditioning class offers a unique experience you won’t find elsewhere. It's designed to improve everyday movement, coordination, cognition, and overall strength. 

Ausar will guide participants through Function Movement Screening (FMS) to assess their level of competence in movement. Elvy is a dedicated Pilates Instructor and Transformational Life and Wellness coach. For over 15 years, she owned Casa Pilates, a boutique studio certified under the prestigious Romana Kryzanowska's Pilates, known for its authenticity and rigor. Romana, the protégé of Joseph Pilates, dedicated her life to preserving his method, and Elvy carries that same commitment to delivering the highest quality Pilates instruction. She's a featured Teacher for the renowned Pilates membership platform Pilatesology and continues to train and evolve her practice by participating in workshops with master teachers worldwide.

Each session with Elvy is not just a workout; it's a bespoke experience designed specifically for you. Elvy's approach is to understand your needs and ensure that the session evolves with you, always meeting your changing needs. Her focus on the eight principles of Pilates ensures a comprehensive approach to your physical and mental well-being.

Melding her psychotherapy education and training with supportive, transformative modalities, Kanan has become a leading expert in mind, body, and spiritual awareness. Her intuitive and empathic nature offers a compassionate, safe space to share concerns and reflect on areas of  major life transitions. Through various methods of inquiry clients are empowered to understand and process their patterns, conflicts, and emotions that block progress to potentiate their potential. With new understanding, Kanan helps her clients edit their life stories so they can move forward with clarity, purpose and fulfillment in their lives.

Kanan is a licensed psychotherapist in private practice, trained in evidence-based modalities, including Clinical Hypnotherapy. She has also a master’s level ICF accredited specialized Jungian Life Coach and Consultant. She is a certified Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) and founder of The Vastu Yoga at Loopwell where she leads yoga teacher training and offers private yoga, meditation, and trauma healing somatic sessions. Kanan worked as a college adjunct professor teaching theory on Yoga Science. Her talents have been recognized by an ivy league university and local highschools where she provides yoga specifically designed for their athletes.

Total Mind-body Conditioning with Ausar

Our new Total Body Conditioning class offers a unique experience you won’t find elsewhere. It's designed to improve everyday movement, coordination, cognition, and overall strength. 

Ausar will guide participants through Function Movement Screening (FMS) to assess their level of competence in movement. The class will then move through a series of circuits and drills to increase body awareness, core stability, and functionality, enhance reaction time, increase bone density, improve heart rate variability, and muscular health. It will be customized to your abilities and challenge you in a way where your body will respond to meet its full potential. You will learn injury prevention and proper muscle recovery to meet the demands of everyday life and beyond.
