Embodied Presence: A Hatha Flow Renewal
Immerse yourself in our alignment-based, breath-focused Hatha Yoga class led by Dí. This class offers movement synchronized with intentional breathwork, enhancing flexibility, strength, and balance. In a hatha flow poses are held for 2-3 breaths to cultivate tapas, aka heat in the body. Suitable for all levels, modifications are provided for beginners, with fuller expression available to seasoned yogi. Hands-on assists will be offered to assist with alignment or deepening the pose. Each pose will offer an opportunity for embodied presence. Join us for a direct and rejuvenating Hatha Yoga experience, leaving you refreshed, centered, and ready to win your day.
