About Dr. Aditi

Dr. Aditi Nerurkar is a Harvard stress expert, TV correspondent and nationally-recognized speaker with an expertise in stress, resilience, burnout & mental health.

Aditi currently serves as the Co-Director of the Harvard Medical School Clerkship in Community Engagement which educates students on community-based care. Prior to this role, Aditi was the medical director of a Harvard integrative medicine program, where she developed a clinical practice in stress management using an evidence-based, integrative approach to treat the emotional component of complex medical illness. Her research has been published in The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) and her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, CNN and Oprah Magazine.
