Wim’s mission is to share the power of breathing, cold exposure, and commitment with as many people as possible. A committed, consistent practice including the breathing technique and cold exposure can help you unlock a host of benefits including;

This will be a 4-hour immersion that starts with breath work, and meditation and culminates with a 2-minute ice plunge for beginners. *After class, more advanced participants can take a 5-minute plunge.

Peter and Jason are international Level II Certification Wim Hof® Instructors. They’ve traveled the world to harness the power and energy of this ancient method and to realize a deeper connection to the body and mind.
They are excited to share how the benefits of a strong breath practice and cold exposure, combined with a focused mindset help to improve immunity, decrease inflammation, strengthen circulation, and increase energy and focus! They firmly believe when you voluntarily activate your autonomic nervous system you can not only influence your immune response and consciously control your response to stress and pain, but confront trauma, disease, and the modern human condition. What to bring
