The word ayurveda translates to 'the knowledge of life' and its name says it all. Ayurveda is a body of wisdom that teaches us how to live healthfully and happily in our bodies in the most natural way possible.
Join Thais Nogueira from Ajna Ayurveda, for a nourishing workshop where we’ll be diving into the foundational principles of Ayurvedic nutrition and how to harness the power of food to enhance your well-being.
Part lecture, part interactive, we’ll be going over the properties of the most common herbs and spices used in Ayurvedic cooking as well as preparing some easy and delicious recipes! You’ll learn how to choose and combine ingredients to optimize your digestion and vitality.

About Thais
Thais Nogueira, the founder of Ajna Ayurveda, is an Ayurvedic practitioner who has dedicated the last 7+ years to serving her community and continuing her education in different holistic practices.
Her approach encompasses personalized ayurvedic consultations, nutritional guidance, lifestyle recommendations, herbal therapies, and bodywork, including ayurvedic massage (abhyanga).
She understands the profound impact of Ayurveda in supporting the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of anyone’s journey. Through the guidance of simple ancient practices, Thais aims to bring wellness in a simplified way to everybody.
Thais has a big focus on women’s health and her goal is to foster a sense of balance, vitality, and connection to the innate wisdom of the body, allowing women to embrace all phases of life with confidence and joy.
