The Science of Well-being with Nicole & Danielle

  • Loopwell 80 Maple Avenue Montclair, NJ, 07042 United States (map)

A Framework for Your Life
In a world flooded with advice on fulfillment, our workshop, "The Science of Wellbeing," distills cutting-edge research on human flourishing and happiness. We focus on understanding the core principles that lead to a meaningful, vibrant life rather than chasing fleeting happiness.

Participants will explore the six domains of human flourishing defined by the Harvard Human Flourishing Institute: happiness, physical and mental health, meaning and purpose, character and virtue, close relationships, and financial stability. This holistic framework guides you toward a balanced life that embraces both challenges and joys.

What You Will Gain:

  • Insight into the six domains of human flourishing and their relevance to your life.

  • Clarity on the difference between happiness and well-being, and why pursuing only happiness can mislead you.

  • A personalized well-being assessment to identify strengths and areas for growth.

  • Actionable, research-backed strategies for enhancing your well-being.

  • Inspiration to view life’s challenges as integral to a fulfilling existence.

  • Tools to align daily choices with what truly matters for long-term fulfillment.

Participants will be asked to complete a well-being assessment before the workshop to understand their current standing better and maximize their experience.
