The Why & How of an Accessible Meditation Practice

We all experience negative emotions from time to time. But in a world with increased pressure and pain, it’s likely for these emotions to become destructive.

Based on neuroscience, eastern spirituality, and western psychology, learn to meditate with simple techniques to break free from negative patterns of thought and behavior and embrace change with ease in your health, relationships, and self.

This workshop is for both serious meditators and those new to the practice. Refrain from caffeine two hours before the practice, and wear comfortable clothing.

The session will close with Reiki recharge.

Price: $45
