Deepen your connection with nature in a slow meditative walk in Glenfield Park. Learn about the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku with mental and emotional benefits. The immersion will last approximately one hour and a half and will cover about 1/4 mile. Come and enjoy this spiritually & emotionally enriching experience.
Participants must be able to navigate slight hills and uneven terrain, as well as feel comfortable sitting on a rock or the ground. Please dress comfortably.
