Dr. Sharon Malone is a DC -based OB/GYN and Certified Menopause Practitioner on a mission to empower women to take charge of their health. She is a nationally known expert in women’s health and the author of Grown Woman Talk. She is the Chief Medical Advisor at Alloy Women’s Health, a telehealth company that focuses on women over 40. Throughout her professional career, she has been active in advocating for reproductive rights, reducing teen pregnancy, and eliminating health care disparities. She lives in Washington, D.C., with her husband, lawyer Eric Holder.

About Dr. Judith Joseph, M.D.
Dr. Judith Joseph, M.D., M.B.A., is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and Chair of The Women in Medicine Initiative at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians & Surgeons. She's also a clinical assistant professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at NYU Langone Medical Center. Dr. Judith has led numerous clinical research studies in mental health across various demographics and developed the T.I.E.S. method for menopause symptoms. She's on the board of Let’s Talk Menopause and advocates for mental health legislation, receiving a 2023 Congressional Proclamation. Dr. Judith is conducting pioneering research on High Functioning Depression and will publish a book on the topic in 2025. She's recognized as a mental health expert, appearing on national TV shows and podcasts, and has received awards for her work, including being named a 2024 Black Health Hero. Dr. Judith teaches medical media courses at Columbia University and NYU and holds degrees from Duke University and Columbia Business School. She resides in New York City.
