A joyful and energizing session of movement, laughter, and gratitude.
We’ll begin with 30 minutes of free-flowing movement to awaken and circulate our energy, centered around the theme of gratitude—no experience required, just move in a way that feels good.
Next, we’ll enjoy 30 minutes of Laughter Yoga, combining laughter exercises and yogic breathing to release feel-good hormones like dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins—perfect for boosting your mood and energy.
We’ll conclude with a Despacho Ceremony, a Peruvian spiritual tradition where we’ll share our gratitude in a circle, reflecting on the season. Gratitude practices like this have been shown to reduce stress and enhance well-being.

About Donna
Donna has a successful career in the software industry and has been deeply involved in charity work, including with the NYC Multiple Sclerosis Society and Cantor Fitzgerald’s post-9/11 relief efforts. Inspired by her experiences with Laughter Yoga, especially with her mother who had dementia, Donna became a certified Laughter Yoga Leader (CLYL), Teacher (CLYT), and Master Trainer (CMT). She’s also served as a Lead Moderator for the Daily Gratitude Movement on Clubhouse for over three years.
