Circles have been around since ancient times as gatherings for sacred, social interaction, and deepening feminine bonds. Similarly, the modern-day circles create a flow and community for like-minded women to empower, uplift, and forge friendships, as part of the experience.
Under the luminous glow of the March full moon, we gather in sisterhood to nurture connection, reflection, and renewal. This Women's Friendship Circle is a space to honor the power of community, deepen our bonds, and embrace the moon's energy as a guide for clarity and transformation.
Together, we’ll share in heart-centered conversation, guided reflection, and grounding practice to realign with our intentions. Whether you come seeking support, inspiration, or simply a moment to exhale, this evening invites you to connect authentically—with yourself and those around you.
Come as you are. Leave feeling uplifted, seen, and deeply connected.
- We will open with a full moon sound bath meditation
- We will then journal and engage in a friendly exercise to promote magnetic connection
- We will open the circle to sharing
- We will close the circle and relax as we soak in a sound bath to charge the seven chakras
Enjoy the community and sip soothing tea before and after the session.
All levels are welcome. Bring a blanket and eye pillow if you prefer.
